In 1975 the residents of a building decided to paint its façade in a joint effort to beautify their homes. As the civil war erupts, paralyzing the country, the residents are forced to put their plans on hold. Once peace is announced, Karim, a previous tenant, returns from the US with the hope of rescuing the building that was so dear to his childhood.
